    I e-consulted about a routing issue and they contacted me within 48 hours and I got an appointment the same day. The doctors are kind, attentive and professional. All I'm asking is to repeat the script, but the doctor wants to see me first to make sure there's nothing serious going on (I'm thankful to say everything's fine) and to put me at ease. I have no reason to complain about the way I was treated. I found her to be caring, competent and prepared for my health needs. I am concerned about some of the reviews. Questions should be discussed with the practice manager. I don't think it's appropriate to say that a practice is "the worst" without explaining why you think it is, because that might discourage those who need help from seeking it. I have been well taken care of at this practice many times and I cannot fault the professionalism of the doctors I have visited over the years. Treat your healthcare provider as you would treat yourself. They are there to help and in the vast majority of cases they do a good job.

    It is the worst practice in the entire region. The clinic was always empty, but no one ever answered the phone or made an appointment. In case of emergency, you have to get up at 7am for e-consultation which is only available till 11am. They close their eCounseling Centers on Fridays as if people don't get sick on Fridays and if you call them and wait a long time they will tell you to visit the eCounseling website when the eCounseling Center is already closed for the day! This practice shows how public tax money is wasted in this country. This practice shows that they do not care about the welfare of the service users, but about their own comfort. This practice needs to be abolished or investigated, and some major changes are needed. This practice goes against all the core values ​​of the NHS and I am truly horrified that it will only get worse.

    I can't get an appointment, I don't know what's going on, the NHS has good people working but the system doesn't work anymore. So frustrating.

    I asked the receptionist to update my application for extended sick leave. I applied 5 days ago and it usually takes 48 hours for a response. That time has passed. The receptionist said she didn't receive the request even though I had proof of it in my email. She brushed it off and said she didn't know and I had to ask again. I'm supposed to go back to work next week and finish the job, but I haven't received an official response about sick days yet. The receptionist was so condescending she even rolled her eyes and laughed with the next customer in line as I left. I am not harsh or rude. I just need help.

    This GP has to be one of the worst GPs in London. The receptionist was very rude and indifferent! I call my GP almost every day to make an appointment but they say "no doctor today". I managed to do the e-consultation two days ago and told them that I need help, I suffer from trauma and anxiety! The doctor decided to send me an SMS instead of calling me! How lazy and unprofessional. Absolutely disgusting. I had to go to the doctor, not being able to get an appointment was bad enough, but an unanswered text message! Absolutely disgusted by this practice of some doctors. Send messages to the sick instead of calls! Absolutely ridiculous.

    I don't understand why this practice doesn't offer bookable appointments now that the pandemic is over. All other surgeries in this network offer appointments that can be booked in advance. When you call the clinic, each patient will be asked to complete an online consultation. Patients were not considered if they had a disability, reading or writing impairment. There is nothing wrong with young people filling out forms because they are familiar with these electronic systems, but what about the older generation? As the receptionist said, all appointments looked like online consultations, which was absolutely shocking. Doctors are leaving, representatives are leaving. Maybe the practice needs to find out why they left. If the performed procedures satisfy the patient's needs, the general practitioner may not leave the office and the patient will not complain. Maybe you start caring a little about patients and then you don't get any complaints.

    I would like to thank Hartford Health and the GP for the excellent experience in the assessment and referral of my 17 month old. The family doctor called us and arranged the individual appointments we wanted within two days. The GP we saw was excellent, showed great interest, explained everything very well, did a thorough assessment, even called and discussed the case with the pediatrician (all at a GP 10 appointment within a few minutes). Given the pressures on GPs, I am impressed by their care, empathy and efficiency. Thanks a lot.

    My partner is a patient of this practice and has been having problems for several weeks. In any case, he had to wait almost a week before speaking to a GP, even though his symptoms were getting worse. I did this for him and was disgusted with the service provided or lack thereof. I compare this to my GP practice in another county which is great and has the capacity to handle the amount of patients they have. It is disgusting and frankly there is no reason why it should be such a useless GP clinic. The reviews on Google are just as amazing. Absolutely useless site.

    I cannot fault the service I received from the GP. She is thoughtful, compassionate and efficient. I received a response within 24 hours of submitting my online consultation request and I saw it the same day. We got a referral and the necessary tests were done within 2 working days (I'm glad it went well). After my exam, the doctor called to discuss my results. At first I was afraid of online counseling, but once you did it, it was very easy and it worked for me. Thank you for helping me when I needed it. I was treated with care and respect.
